Rivers : Supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party in Rivers State on Thursday took to the streets in protest against the planned local government elections, set to be conducted by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission on October 5.

Delta : A 34-year-old man, John Pere, has sustained severe injuries when electricity supply was restored to a 33KV cable belonging to the Benin Electricity Distribution Company (BEDC) he was vandalising, in Delta State

Taraba : Former Taraba State governor, Arch Darius Ishaku, has been admitted to bail in the sum of N150 million by an FCT High Court in the alleged N27billion fraud case brought against him by the federal government.

🔫 Kidnapping


Federal Capital Territory : The Nigeria Police Force, Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command, has said that its operatives busted hideouts of kidnappers within the FCT and arrested four suspects, recovered several arms and ammunition.
